Sentinel Chicago C90 Training System
At Chicago TRACON, the Sentinel system is used to Review Skill Enhancement Training by recording and replaying training sessions. Working with the recordings, Supervisors, Managers, and Training Department Staff can then collaborate to determine whether assigned training has been successful. This aids in making the decision to return a developmental controller to Operations or whether to assign additional Skill Enhancement Training.
